Troubleshooting

Let's get started with troubleshooting first. If that doesn't help, contact us and we'll make sure your product works the way it should.

F SERIES HEADLIGHT

The light may be in Lock Mode. To unlock, hold the power button down for 6 seconds and release when the light beam turns from flashing to solid.

Make sure to fully charge the light before using.
Make sure to firmly press down the power button.

In any mode, hold down the power button firmly for several seconds until the light turns off.

The battery is low and needs to be recharged.

The light is in Night Modes when first turned on. To access the additional Daytime Modes or Walk Mode, see the ON and OFF section in the manual.



T & TC SERIES TAIL LIGHT

If the light flashes quickly before going into its normal selected mode or flashes quickly when turning off, the battery is low and needs to be recharged.

Make sure to fully charge the light before using.
Make sure to firmly press down the power button.

In any mode, hold down the power button firmly for several seconds until the light turns off.



Warranty

California Equipment Company (CECO) products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from original purchase date.

CECO will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any of its products determined to be defective within the warranty period for the original owner of the product. If you would like submit a product for repair, please contact us at support@cecousa.com.

Warranty Limitations

The product, its parts, and its accessories, are warranted to be free from defects in material workmanship for one (1) year from original purchase date. Normal wear and tear, claimed defects, and malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper care or maintenance, alteration, collision, crash, or misuse are excluded. The owner shall be responsible for all labor charges. Unless otherwise noted, the sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or similar value at the sole discretion of CECO. CECO is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses.

We know accidents happen that may not be covered under warranty. In the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation, CECO may offer, at its sole discretion, replacement parts at a discounted price within 1 year of the original purchase date. Returns for repairs may be subject to shipping, handling, or other costs.

Due to possible user re-assembly error, disassembly of any product will void the warranty - no exceptions. Internal parts are not user replaceable and will have to be repaired by CECO. Warranty coverage and all other details on this website are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of CECO. By submitting a warranty or repair claim, you acknowledge CECO has sole discretion of terms and conditions, and agree you will return the product in new unopened condition to the store of purchase within the store's return/refund deadline if you are in disagreement.
